Expect to find the beautiful and the unusual, with quality vintage, antique and mid-century furniture and lighting, 8 clothing sellers, 9 incredible resident artists, unique jewellery, gorgeous plants, a huge selection of vinyl and hi-fi equipment, beautiful books, retro electronics and much much more.

We would love you to pop in and browse through our vast collection of unique and carefully curated products from our handpicked sellers and makers.

We are open 10-5 Tuesday to Friday and 10-5 at the weekend too.

Flea Circus is inside an industrial building on Warwick Street, next to the new Star and Shadow Cinema.

How to get here

  • By car: There is free parking for one hour on the road directly outside the shop. Woohoo! Parking charges apply on the other side of the road, and there is ample parking all around in the adjoining areas

  • By Metro: the closest metro stations to Flea Circus are Jesmond and Manors. From Jesmond Metro station, cross the 1068 Coast road at the traffic lights and head down Portland Terrace. Cross Sandyford Road and head down Portland Road. At the roundabout, with the Nissan garage, turn left on to Warwick Street. We are on the left before the bus stop.

    Coming from Manors. Turn right on to New Bridge Street, the Tanners turn left onto Stoddard Street. Go straight over the round about, last Tesco and turn right on to Warwick Street. We on on the left before the bus stop.

  • By bus: The number 1 bus from Benwell stops right outside the shop. It collects passengers from Central Station, Pilgrim Street, outside the Tyneside Cinema and John Dobson Street along the way. In the opposite direction it runs from Four Lane Ends.

    The 32A bus from Westborn Avenue, Walker also stops outside the shop. In the other direction from Kenton, the bus collects passengers from Colgate, Fenham, Benwell, the RVI, and Monument.

  • By foot : Flea Circus is only a 15 minute walk from the city centre, and less than that from Chilli road in Heaton.

  • By bike: Follow the cycle route through Sheildfield to the City Stadium. There are bike lock ups just past the shop on the left, in the Star and Shadow car park.
